Lo recogieron en una moto y se desplazaron hasta Puente de Piedra, ingresaron a una finca y estando all\u00ed le dispararon en la cabeza, produciendo su muerte instant\u00e1nea. Su asesinato fue originado por la negativa del se\u00f1or a dejarse extorsionar y pagar dinero, al grupo al margen de la ley\u2026 adicionalmente, le incendiaron la casa de la hacienda. Unos sujetos lo interceptaron en la v\u00eda y lo plagiaron, pidieron por su liberaci\u00f3n una gruesa suma de dinero\u2026 pero lamentablemente fue asesinado por los delincuentes. Con la colaboraci\u00f3n del Gaula fue recuperado el cuerpo sin vida, que hab\u00eda sido puesto en una fosa de una monta\u00f1a. El Gaula captur\u00f3 siete individuos y otros fueron dados de baja durante el enfrentamiento armado. Me abordaron y me separaron de mi familia. Fui llevado a la serran\u00eda. Mi salud se complic\u00f3 y mi familia pag\u00f3 mi liberaci\u00f3n\u2026 la Cruz Roja intercedi\u00f3 y me entregaron a ellos.
